The emotional load of parenting a neurodiverse or highly anxious child is real.
Parents come to me exhausted and deeply unsupported. They can see the true beautiful heart and nature of their child, but are dealing with the real day-to-day struggles and behaviours. They are trying their best to give their child everything they need to thrive, while waiting months or years for the right help from the NHS. They are back and forth with school, advocating for their child both educationally and socially, and navigating well-meaning but unhelpful opinions from family and friends.
Add sibling dynamics, second-guessing around appropriate boundaries, and wondering whether they are doing too much or too little.
Parents are left burnt out and depleted. Parenting a neurodiverse child takes more energy and internal resources than most of us have available. It is often the case that Parents themselves are also neurodiverse, which compounds the daily challenges.

We unlock the power of self-regulation and co-regulation, as well as communication tools. Together we create practical plans and tools to support you, your child, and the rest of the family.
The outcomes of this work are a calmer, happier and more attuned home life for everyone, and children who are more settled at school.
