Parents of Young Children
When every day feels like a battle......
Meltdowns — Tantrums — Not Listening — Hitting & Biting — Bedtime Struggles — Sibling Rivalry — Separation Anxiety
It can feel like a full day's work before you have even got them out of the house in the morning, let alone into the bath, bed and asleep on time. Every day feels like survival.
They don't listen. They get distracted. You repeat yourself until you shout. The tantrums, the sibling arguments, the crying and refereeing, all while your mind tries to remember what else needs to get done. It can feel like a 10kg weight on your shoulders, constantly.
You feel like a failure. This wasn't what you imagined it would be. You worry something might be wrong with them. You wonder how long this will last, or whether you are a good enough parent.
You are enough.
You just need support.
What we work on...
Understanding behaviour
What's driving it, and why
Building boundaries
Calm, consistent and kind
Working together, we get to the root of what's driving the behaviour. We look at what children need from us in these early years:
How their brains and nervous systems are developing, and how to set effective boundaries built on connection, emotional regulation
and calm communication.
We also look at your day-to-day home life and work together through specific challenges, so things feel less chaotic and more manageable. Families I work with move from lives of chronic stress and survival mode to homes of calm, joy and deep connection.
Parents often tell me their relationship with each other improves too!
These aren't short-term fixes. The skills we build together become your child's blueprint for life.
" I've learned how to regulate myself more effectively, how to repair with my children in meaningful ways and how to parent with intention rather than reactivity. "
